Processing & Dispatch Times
All of our pieces are lovingly handcrafted in the UK. Many of our items are made to order, so please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Ready-made items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
You'll receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times (UK)
Once dispatched, please allow:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
International Shipping
We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 7–14 working days once dispatched. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

As many of our pieces are made to order, total delivery time (processing + shipping) may be up to 11 working days. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout.
